Human Resources Development, “Development and support for postdoctor al multidisciplinary programs in priority technical fields according to the national research – development – innovation strategy” 4D – POSTDOC

The main objective of the project is to increase the quality of postdoctoral research project management in the three universities involved. A number of 16 postdoctoral researchers from universities are funded for their research, the funding including research periods abroad and the costs of their participation in international conferences.
PROJECT FINANCED FROM STRUCTURAL FUNDS
objectives specific are:
- Increasing the participation rate of researchers with experience in developing a research career in technical fields, through better funding and quality of research infrastructure;
- Improving postdoctoral research programs, in: the number of researchers, the number of priority research topics, the quality of the resulting publications;
- Improving access to research infrastructure through cooperation with EU universities and research institutes;
- Improving the management of postdoctoral research programs.
