The Leonardo da Vinci II project "ESIL - European Sustainable Innovation License (for SME's)"

The objectives of the project are the uniform understanding and an innovative training model (innovation & sustainability), the creation of a quality standard for Quality for the innovative management of training, including an examination and a certificate of "Innovation License" (especially for SME's), the creation a European network and conferences for SMEs, the creation of an E-Learning platform.

PROJECT FINANCED BY THE EUROPEAN COMMISSION

Project results:

  • an integrated training concept for "Sustainable Innovation Management", by combining existing and successfully proven training materials, taking into account the main barriers to education and training of adults in the industry. (Time, availability, costs, lack of problem-solving skills)
  • An ESIL – Training concept with a clear structure given: the introduction mode and further, advanced training modules
  • 2 days: Introductory training module (overview of innovation and sustainability management)
  • 4 to 8: 2 days advanced training modules (innovation and sustainable development strategy, innovation and creativity, problem analysis tools, idea generation tools, idea evaluation and protection tools, research and development project management , …)
  • Consolidated course materials (slides, work materials, text, …)
  • Coordinated concept for examination and certification (Model: ECDL)
